Our month started beautifully 💜
Buddies overload! At some point there will be no room left in their beds for themselves!
And then Daddy had to go back to work..........
But we turned the day around and made the most of it!
Anytime you open the fridge you'll hear "One cheese?!?!?!?"
Toy room makeover to empty out the office space.......
So that it could become the school room!
Football started!
And after a week of adjusting to Daddy being gone,
we jumped into school ourselves.......
A beautiful, rare sighting!
I love her new cheesy smile 😊
These two!
Keeping it classy around here.......😂
The sentences you may be able to decipher in this from a little girl who has big siblings watching commercials:
"Mommy, I get that?" and "I go there, Mommy"
Watching makeup with my girls 😍
His imagination and building skills!
Birthday girl makeovers from big brother!
She had a hard time not thinking she was queen bee every.single.day!
(working on her computer)
Lucas and I saw a commercial for ham pinwheels. He thought they looked delicious (which is saying a lot for this picky guy) and we happened to have all the ingredients, so we whipped them up for lunch!
Then Mommy had a birthday! I had to work that morning and when I got home the kids had picked up the toys, Christmas music was playing and they were ready to spoil me ❤
Daddy decided to become a photographer 😂
Seth's card really got me! 😭
It's been a good 8-9 years since I've been able to consistently wear these so I put them on backwards 😂 For the first week they felt so weird and I kept fidgeting with them, but man does it feel good to have them back on! No more stained silicone when I cook LOL (and of course some pink golf balls!) Thanks babe 😘
Carrot cake makes an even better breakfast than a dessert!
She cleans up better than I do 😆
Jeremy and I have been under an incredible amount of stress the past couple of months. So many questions about life, feelings of intense vulnerability, deep hurt and forks in the road. Longing for peace and direction. Through it all, I'm ever so thankful for this family of mine, those who have been in our corner and our faith that although has been tested, continues to grow. We don't know what the future looks like for many aspects of our life, but the constants that we do have keep me pressing on with a grateful heart.
"See" you all next month with, prayerfully, a lighter spirit ❤
