Goodbye August 😭

When we got home from our vaca the garden had grown! 

Seth started basketball and Daddy coached ~ 

We celebrated 14 years!

& time to get everything on our summer list crossed off ~

Can't tell you how long ago this movie was recommended to us but we literally saved it for the perfect weekend! It hit so good.

We were gonna stop for pizza ingredients until we got this message.....

It was DELICIOUS!

Looking a little cray cray after cleaning 5 places in 5 days! Crammed them all in before school started because it's time to close that chapter!

In this house for 7 years and decided to make some changes! 

Wanting to build better phone boundaries, so put this guy up to make it feel like more of a "landline".....

New coffee station ~

Our island is now cleared, which has been a nice change!

& then we did THIS! 😍

We've had Jeremy's guitar mount for a year without installing it, unsure of where it would go. The verse plaque is also as old as our marriage. I wanted to put a shelf up to store our favorite books so they wouldn't get lost in the basement but couldn't decide which way I liked the shelf better, until my genius husband had this gorgeous idea! After the boys decided to learn guitar this school year from Daddy, theirs got a new home as well and to say i'm obsessed is a grand understatement!

Almost forgot our favorite summer activity! 😜

Chiro adjustments for the teachers in the house before class starts LOL

& a last ditch quiet lunch date before we spend our days apart again.....We found a new, cute - DELICIOUS - spot in Malone!

I know some people probably think our end of the summer "drama" is ridiculous, but you gotta understand that we actually like each other LOL Crazy in this day & age, I know! We love being together, are complete home bodies and get very comfortable with our summer lifestyle! 

So, is it sappy and dramatic? Maybe. Could things be worse? Absolutely. But we will still be sad to say goodbye each morning and are counting down the days until each break!
