Our May!

Well with less than 2 weeks left in June, I should probably share May! Things will only get crazier when school ends.....speaking of school, Lucas kicked off the month with his first book ending and acing his test!

A fun treat from Hawaii:

My mom and I got away for a mother's day celebration:

The girls are 2-2 for sticking things up their nose!

This girl has grown soooooo much lately.......

The creative juices still flow:

Science experiments:

Yummy lunches:

& there was soooooo much "prep" and talk of an upcoming wedding!

Buying herself a watch:

I think is evidence from a Mother's Day shopping trip!

Speaking of which, I had a request for a new flavor ~ Blueberry! So pretty!

My day 💙💚💛💜

A last minute cut for me pre-wedding ended up turning into
the first one for this girl 😍😭

I made protein balls but instead of using oatmeal I used honey bunches of oats - OH.MY.WORD! They tasted like rice krispy treats!

& an unhealthy bake, too 😋

Good morning!

Wedding preparations ~

Trying to find the right size planter for the venue LOL

I texted Jeremy this picture while I was headed to meet the bride, after I spotted what a certain little person had done to the "new" van........

.......Five minutes later he texted me to say he had caught the culprit in the act again! One day we will laugh, right?

The boys got special time while I was on wedding duty!

Rehearsal!

The morning of 😍

Jeremy met me at the hotel so I could do the girls' hair 😍

The amount of joy and pride I felt watching her get married was almost unmatched! It was the perfect day!

& a full circle moment ❤

& we got a kid-free night and morning to top it all off! ❤

In the midst of it all, the groom even remembered to bring Pokemon cards for the kids! He's shown himself worthy and we sure do love him!

Seth helped Daddy with a new exercise machine project:

& Spring officially sprung!

The girls had an addiction with a bagel & eggs for breakfast.
Vulnerable mom moment? It's hard for me to let my kids do messy things! But I let them crack their own eggs and cook them, because it's an easy yes that fills their hearts ❤

Kylie learned about the 'YOU'-'U' sound,
so it was the perfect excuse to buy her a Unicorn craft!

We hadn't planned on doing a garden, but Aldi stopped selling our favorite thin green beans and since it's the only vegetable everyone in our house likes, we decided to just plant some of those to get us through until our full garden next year!

The girls decorated the porch:

& we finallyyyyyy got our first fire together:

We closed out the month with giving Kylie a surprise from Uncle Jonathan and Aunt Liz ~ something their kiddos didn't want anymore and they knew someone who needed it 😉

June's summary will be out before we know it
and summertime is looking SWEET! 😎
