plus a hike before and after!

Caught someone climbing out of his bed, into his cousin's LOL
Onto the next adventure - zoo day! Kylie made a list of all her friends that needed to get a visit and crossed them off as she said hi ❤
We got to the gorilla exhibit and none of them were out, but saw it was 2 minutes before feeding time! Lettuce started flying and out they came!
This silverback was new to the zoo and we learned how they transport the animals from one zoo to another, soooo cool! Literally in a tractor trailer with vets and their keepers 😳

Prior to going to the zoo I couldn't have told you what Mia's favorite animal was, but she continued to ask for the giraffes & then freaked!
After the zoo we headed to watch Lily!

We were so thankful for a place to stay, amazing hospitality, extra adventures, lots of fun and the best memories!
We took a longer lunch break, somewhere nostalgic for Mommy!
& made it home ❤
While in route we found out that a friend got left behind & if you know my kids, you know buddies are super duper important! Auntie Liz made lemonade over the next few days, though!
