7 Months!

Ugh. I don't know why but I feel like once you round the corner of 6 months, it's like their first birthday is starring you in the face. 

I have a pit in my stomach, y'all!  

As you can see, she is still completely obsessed 

with her tongue and her feet!

Still a fan of giving away smiles, too!

She's also learned yet ANOTHER new trick....

I never posted her 6-month stats. She's staying our petite little one. Much smaller than the boys were, weighing in at 15.07lbs and 25.2 inches tall! 

It's kind of funny.....ever since we got Nala and had to wake up to take THAT baby out to potty, Kylie has been doing a great job through the night. (Nala is now doing a fantastic job as well) But Kylie is in bed between 7-8 and usually sleeps until 5-6. There's been a few nights that she's woken around 1 to eat, but I think we're onto something here and getting back into our routine pre-COVID/teeth (knock on wood)! 

She is still primarily nursing. She's eating dinner with us, but in a very snacky way. Occasionally she'll share something with me during the day. I think we are almost ready to make the switch to eating food when she wakes up and then nursing before naps/bedtime, but she seems completely satisfied with things right now so I'm not pushing anything!  

She still isn't rolling from her back to her belly. She becomes a stuck turtle when she finds herself in that situation - usually when she's standing in her crib and then falls over LOL She is still obsessed with Mommy - I think Nala heightened this when I had to give my attention to someone else a bit more. But we pulled out some big girl toys and added them to the toy room, so she's really enjoying being up there playing with the boys. She's almost got waving down. She did it once to me and now will just flap her whole arm around when we say 'Hi' or 'Bye-Bye' LOL 

She still isn't entirely sure about the crazy new family member we added. After all, she's polar opposite of her other quiet and tame furry best friend 😉 I mean, check this out...they are obsessed with each other!!! But, you have to have this song playing in your mind as you watch them......
