Our September

We've had some beautiful weather!

Which means fun with friends!

Paw patrol continues to get new homes.....

Sleepy sweetness.....

 Can you find the baby?

Is there such thing as too much love?

He thought as long as he put shoes on
that he should be allowed in the garage.....

Apparently our couch isn't good enough for him.....

He wanted to be a big boy one night.....

Just doing some driving.....
(I couldn't pick my favorite - also, don't panic,
we are parked in the driveway lol)

My heart is full!

Innocence

Monday afternoon we were sitting in a long line of traffic. Jeremy had gotten home from work and after both boys had woken up from their nap and Lucas was fed, we had to pile in the car to go get Jeremy's car from the garage since he had gotten a flat tire Friday morning going to work. I was looking up towards the sun because it looked like there was a rainbow encircling it. It was beautiful and I couldn't stop starring at it, whatever it was. As traffic started to move Seth started freaking out in his seat and making elephant noises. I turned around to see where in the world he was seeing an elephant and he was pointing up to the sky.......

My precious, innocent little boy. Oh how Mommy loves you.

I'm so thankful for these two.

More new looks...

The boys' room is complete!

(future house goals include VERTICAL names, not horizontal ones LOL)

I took the boys to Hobby Lobby to get Lucas' letters and paint.

I told myself not to. I told myself to just go to Walmart, or Michael's, or Joann's or anywhere other than Hobby Lobby.

But I didn't listen and then this happened.....

But at least they were on sale and I checked a few things of my decorations list. I really love reading that sign when I walk into the kitchen, it's a good reminder.

5 months!

How? Just how?????

Brother wanted to get in on the fun and needed a sticker, too!

No new stats until 6 months but I know this little chunker is gaining some weight now that we've started solids! His first taste of peaches was a no-go. He wasn't too thrilled about trying green beans either until I snuck them in with sweet potatoes.

We have reached the stage where he wants to play but just doesn't know how to. I remember this with Seth, I just don't remember how long it lasted! He loves his brother and is pretty content if he can see him - even more so when brother is interacting with him. He loves to be held or have you playing on the floor with him. He loves bath time and to go for walks in the stroller like a big boy. Sleeping is still going well in their shared room. He has been getting up once in the night lately, but other than one time we are able to get it done without waking brother up.

And I'll leave you guys with this...

A new look.....

Our baby isn't in our room anymore!

Lucas is officially moved into Seth's room! We just have to get his name up on the wall. Our bedroom feels so big now and we are able to have a little more toy/book storage in the living room! The toy bin in their room and the ottoman were able to be sorted and spread out but I know it won't be long before everything is overflowing again.
(Christmas is coming after all lol)

It's Friday!

And because of Irma, I have my husband home (along with Monday and Tuesday as of right now)! I need a distraction from all this crazy, so I decided to post some cuteness for y'all!

This boy and his sticks.....

We have a built-in ball pit.....

The cutest sleepy sucks <3

Sometimes the only way Mommy gets a shower is if baby joins!
I love the days when the boys nap at the same time, but it doesn't always happen!

We've had lots of firsts around here lately...

Lucas has enjoyed:
-plain cereal
-bananas
-applesauce
-cereal with peanut butter mixed in
(How crazy is that! Our pediatrician said the earlier you introduce it the better, so Mommy went for it the other day! I may or may not have had 911 ready to dial on my phone...)

And then there was this.....

The boys took their first bath together.....

(we need nightly baths with this crazy eater)

Lucas is now just as obsessed with Seth as Seth is with him and I have to say it's the most adorable thing ever.....

We had a full rainbow the other night. Pictures wouldn't capture and Seth had no clue what he was looking at hahaha

Gonna have to start buying more groceries.....

To be a carefree 2-year old <3

Happy weekend everyone and if you're in the south - be safe <3
