One Month!

Our baby girl turned one month old just before Christmas! We got to skip the one-month checkup since she looked so good at her 2-week mark! First shots wouldn't come until 2 months and they were keeping visits down when able with the coronavirus. We weighed her in at home but after seeing her weight at the 2-month checkup we realized we drastically messed up when we weighed her at home LOL 

But, at 2 weeks she weighed in at 8lbs 4.1oz - this up from her birth weight of 7lbs 13.2 oz and her 3 day weight loss of 7lbs 5.1oz!

She loves to sleep on her belly and her neck strength is incredible. She came out picking her head straight up which is good, because she hates actually doing tummy time - this is because being held is her favorite! She also loves having her face covered up while sleeping. I always put the muslin blanket over her back and before long she's scooted herself down so it's covered her face. She loves to stare at our buffalo bills sign and the snowman we made for the front door and has started to coo and smile at them. She eats every 2-4 hours during the day and is doing one 5-7 hour stretch during the night. If I didn't know any better I'd think she's already teething because the amount of drool she has is insane!!!!
