August!

Our last few weeks of summer went just as quickly as the rest did. Bittersweet, fun and full of memories! 

Nala is growing like a weed but clearly doesn't see it herself. She prefers to sit exactly where she did the day we brought her home.....

Big girl likes to do things herself!

We had a porcupine adventure! The boys spotted it in the afternoon one day, walking around and climbing our tress. Jeremy finally got it but the quills were EVERYWHERE. Of course Nala found them, apparently thought it would be fun to roll around in them.....it was an eventful few days!

Beach day! We discovered this place when the boys played soccer and they'd been asking to go ever since! I think it was a let down for all of us, but it's hard to compare to SC beaches 😂

Seth was super brave! Swim lessons are next 😬

Jeremy took Seth to the arcade a couple years ago for some one-on-one time. It comes up in conversations a LOT with a request to go back, so once it re-opened we made a family day of it!

Kylie got a seat upgrade since our homemade wooden chair doesn't buckle.....spend $30 or constantly have the sit-down battle and never be able to walk away from the table 😜

The boys' summer bucket list included an animal hunt, so we went up to the Wild Center to see what we could find!
