First food!

As I said in Seth's 6-month post, he got to enjoy his first food while we were in NY for Christmas and he has been loving it ever since! He has been ready for a while now and clearly has just been sitting there watching Jeremy and I because I have never seen a baby take their first bite and eat the way he does. Working in daycare I have fed a lot of children when they first start solids and normally it's a constant battle of putting spit out food back in their mouth a dozen times and it's gets all watered down from the spit and is so time consuming! Seth will finish his food in under a minute, I swear. I keep saying I need to time him. He sees the spoon coming, opens his mouth, swallows and asks for more. What a kid! I think we will start adding a fruit to his mornings here shortly.

What a full belly!
